Calling all adopters, explorers and adventurers

we’re GOING on A journey. WE’RE LEAVING BEHIND ONLINE Recruitment PLATFORMS. Come ALONG FOR THE RIDE. BE PART OF THE EVOLUTION…

Online recruitment platforms were meant to disrupt the recruitment agency sector. It never happened. The amount of agencies actually grew by 10% in 2018. Why? Because, sourcing experienced jobseekers is time consuming, expensive and often requires a human approach. These platforms have now realised this and have changed their revenue model, and now charge as much as recruitment agencies (15%+). At Zorce we’ve combined full hiring automation, bespoke matching algorithms and a crowdsourced recruiter community anyone can join. It reduces reduce cost per hire by 80%-100%, saving companies thousands and lets anyone, anywhere, earn commission in a click. Imagine mashing a marketplace like Airbnb, with a Netflix style revenue mode and GPS app similar to the dating app Happn and combining it with thousands of recruiting digital nomads and vacancies.

We’re offering up to 25% equity in Zorce. Click on the ‘register your interest’ buttons to get started.

80’s fees by 2019 tech

Recruitment agencies charge the same fees as they did in the 1980’s, between 15%+. Disrupting recruiting platforms charge the same, they just hide it better…

SOLUTION: COMBINE HUMANS WITH TECH

Current stats

35% of all UK hires are still via recruitment agencies, who charge between 15%-30% of the jobseekers first years salary. They charge so much, because their overheads are so high and a shortage of jobseekers, mean a human approach is often required. Trouble is, there’s a 43% staff turnover in the industry, meaning jobseeker sourcing skills are lost forever because experienced recruitment agents don’t want to work in a boiler room environment. By combining automation with a online recruiter community, Zorce lets employers anonymously use recruiters and pay just 2.5%.

The recruiters

There’s 115,000 recruitment agents in the UK. The average age of a recruitment agent is 27. Where do they all go? They get burned out. Tired of sales targets, cold-calls, rejections and owners. This means that over the past 5 years 250,000 recruiters have left the sector, just as they get to understand their market, candidates and skill-sets. Now they can join Zorce and anonymously recommend jobseekers in a click. Yet, it’s not just about ex-recruiters, anyone can recommend and earn commission - jobseekers, employers, gig economy workers, students, retirees…anyone with a smartphone.

Revenue streams

Zorce has several revenue streams, all of which save companies thousands in recruitment agency or HR software fees. Freemium, Subscription, Job boards ads, Marketplace, video interviewing and technical testing. SMEs can stay on the “Free” service forever and upgrade on a monthly basis if a vacancy becomes harder to fill.

Target 1

Target 2

Expand Zorce in the IT job sector (2%-10%) and move into other sectors that still have a heavy reliance on the recruitment industry. This would require just a minimal increase in admin staff due to automation and the online community. Sectors would include Accountancy, Science, Retail, Legal, Customer Service, Transport, Hospitality, Graduates, HR and Engineering.
